About MAD: 

The Douglas Foundation has worked with MAD over the past few years to send academically talented and deserving South African students to the Piney Woods. After graduation, all expenses will be paid for them to attend a university of their choice in South Africa. MAD intentionally covers living expenses as well as related university expenses so students can focus entirely on academics.  They will not have any financial concerns.  This is a luxury that not all scholarships provide.
